Everything was nice and I got ironing for free. It had a favourable and best possible setting short walk to good bars and restaurants, the shops. Overall experience was excellent:)))

I got great value for my money at Iriarte 52 Apartments. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with the downtown area easily accessible, and the staff treated me with really good care and attention.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

the bed was amazing and we slept really well. the host was very helpful and friendly, and the apartment was conveniently located near shops and the promenades. We also appreciated the modern lift and the fact that there was a washing machine available on the rooftop. the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. it was a great base for exploring Puerto de la Cruz and there was plenty to see and do nearby. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all. 😊.

The nearest airport was conveniently close for a quick getaway, and oh, the joy of having free WiFi throughout the property! Also, I thoroughly enjoyed the option of hiring a bike to explore the area.
Who needs soundproofing anyway? Let's just say I got to experience the lively conversations of my lovely neighbors at all hours.

Mind-blowing location in the heart of the city - couldn't get any better! Walking distance to everything, giving us a great feel of the atmosphere. Charming buildings with carved wooden balconies visible from our balcony. The host was good and we highly recommend staying here for a central experience.

The location was perfect, close to everything in the town center. Supermarkets, restaurants, and the sea were all within a few minutes' walk. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a lovely terrace.

The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the waterfront and surrounded by great restaurants and supermarkets. the proximity to the bus stop was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area. the property itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed the lovely terrace where I could relax and take in the surroundings.
there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke that seemed to seep in from outside or another apartment. the drain in the bathroom had a strong smell and the hallway was also affected.

The apartment had a cozy seating area and a terrace with amazing city views, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. As a guest who enjoys peaceful moments and beautiful sights, I couldn't have asked for more.
Personally, I found the lack of a sofa in one of the studios a bit disappointing. However, I understand that some guests might prefer a more minimalistic style and won't mind this at all.

The location of Iriarte 52 Apartments was perfect for exploring Puerto de la Cruz. Supermarkets and the bus station were conveniently close by. The apartment itself was modern and comfortable, with a comfy bed and good Wi-Fi. The satellite TV had channels from every country, a nice touch. The laundry room being free to use was a bonus. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
